NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The “Zales Fabulous February Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 2/1/10 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 2/28/10 (the "Entry Period").

 

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older, at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

 

Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local law. Employees of Zale Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organization and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter or win.

 

FORM OF ENTRY: Visit www.zales.com and completely fill out the information required on the Online Entry Form using links provided.

 

Limit: one entry per person. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on 2/28/10 in order to be eligible. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. Information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Zale Delaware, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), or any third parties.

A random drawing will be held on or around 3/7/10 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be selected by a third party not affiliated with Zale Delaware, Inc., its affiliates and/or subsidiaries whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing. Allow 1 week for delivery of gift cards. Entrants also consent to the use of his/her name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is allowed. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winners. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes or use or misuse of any prize. Releasees and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or any other technical or other error or malfunction. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received for the drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.
